The SFG-I, which consolidates the know-how that Shima Seiki Manufacturing has cultivated over many years as a leading company in glove knitting machines, is the successor to the SFG fully automatic glove knitting machine and sets the global standard for fine gauge and ultra-fine gauge glove knitting machines. The SFG-I has improved its control system to an electronic program system. Additionally, it comes standard with Shima Seiki's original sinker system, gauge adjustment, end yarn processing device, and automatic lubrication system, which have all been technically accomplished. It offers a lineup of gauges 10, 13, 15, and 18, with the 18-gauge gloves being widely used in various fields, from thin and lightweight precision work gloves that fit comfortably on the hand to medical gloves and coated gloves. Furthermore, attention to detail in the finger crotch area makes it suitable for coated specification turn gloves as well.
